Hi, the length given for the necklace is the actual length of it or is it the length when worn?is it possible to not put any crystals on?

    Hi Izyan,

The 30cm length is the length of the chain itself. So usually it will fall on your chest, not inclusive of the length of the dokoh/frame.

Is it possible to email us at sales@ola-lola.com on which frame are you looking at and we will advise further from there. 🙂

Looking forward to hear from you.

hello…u dun mind if I leave my frank opinion abt ur dokoh collections?
Ur dokoh designs is not complimenting the existing dokoh/kerongsang that is available in the market? .Ur design is so rigid & not traditional but u just join 3 pcs of similiar brooches with a necklace/chain and u sell it as dokoh?? Recently..I was introduced by a fren who bought me a nice dokoh from a shop in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia & these people actually designs & produce these traditional product. Maybe u shud visit this website, http://pauliniheritagecraft.com n u will understand what really dokoh actually look. Do not spoil the actua beauty of these products..

      Hi Maya

Apologies for the delay in reply.

First and foremost, we’d like to extend our appreciation to you for your honest opinion. We take comments constructively and are always striving for improvements. 🙂

When we first introduced the dokoh to our customers, most of them were thrilled and receptive to the fresh idea. Especially when they can customize it to their own fancy with various colors of swarovski crystals. We incorporate, what we call, a touch of Ola Lola, when we combine the traditional and modern way of wearing a dokoh. We would never attempt to spoil the beauty of the dokoh. We simply worked on customizing the dokoh based on our customers’ requests because we value their views and try our best to cater to their personal taste.

The website you provided us with shows many fabulous-looking designs, we must agree. 🙂 Thank you for highlighting your view. On that note, we will definitely source for more traditional dokoh sets to offer on our website in future.
