THE EXCHANGE POLICE
OOla Lola is committed to delivering quality products to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will be happy to honor your request for an exchange. We are pleased to offer a 2 days exchange from the date of the shipment. "No cash refunds will be entertained."

• Each item may only be exchanged once.
• For items that are exchanged for one that is of higher value, you will be required to top up the difference in price.
• When selecting a new item for exchange, we encourage you to select one that is of equal or greater in value than the original item purchased. We do not issue refunds should there be any price difference between the value of the exchanged item and the original item purchased.
• Please include a proof of purchase (returns form or packing slip) for all returns/exchanges. Be sure to include your name, address, and telephone number in the package as well. To exchange merchandise, send it to the address stated on the receipt.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged.
• The item to be exchanged has to be returned in the original packing materials.

Ola Lola prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. Should there be any manufacturing defect in our products, we will be happy to make a one-for-one exchange within 14 days from receipt of product, subject to availability of stock. Please note that Ola Lola reserves the right to determine what constitutes a defective item. Should an exchange be not possible due to shortage of stock, you are welcome to exchange it for other items in our store of the same value, if not lower. We apologize for not being able to refund our customer the balance should the new order be of a lesser amount. Delivery of returned products to Ola Lola shall be borne by the customer and we are pleased to re-deliver the replacement product(s) to you at no extra cost.
