HOW DO YOU ORDER
• Register with us online by clicking on Lola Account at the top right-hand side panel.
• Browse our Catalogue.
• Like what you see? Add To Cart. If you’d like to feast on more eye-candy, Continue Shopping.
• Done shopping? Hit Checkout button and proceed to select the Shipping and Payment methods.
• Upon Confirmation of your order, we'll respond to you via email or sms with the stock availability and confirmation of the total purchase amount, delivery address and mode of payment within 24 hours.
• It’s always very nice to receive orders from you, so we try our best to be twice as nice and get back to you the soonest we possibly can.
• On your part, you can be just as nice. How? We love fast deals. The faster you pay, (the more we love you), the faster your item(s) will reach you. It’s that easy.

GETTING THE GOODIES TO YOU
They’ll reach you in secure bubble packs sealed with warm love and wet kisses. We charge $2.00 for Non-Registered Post and $3.00 for Registered Post, for deliveries to all areas in Singapore. We will generously waiver all delivery charges within sunny island Singapore, if you generously order purchases of SG$100 and above. However, if you want the item(s) to be delivered to your preferred part of the world, do bear in mind that we only accept First Class airplane seat tickets.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Fund Transfers
Preferred Method: Fund transfer to Ola Lola’s UOB Current A/C 201-330-908-8

If Internet Banking via DBS/POSB would be more convenient for you, please let us know when you order and we will provide you with an alternative bank account information.

Please send us a confirmation email to sales@ola-lola.com once you have completed the funds transfer, indicating your name, product code and quantity of order. This should realistically take you a couple of days. Like we said…we love fast deals, not the wait.

Crossed Cheques
Please note that delivery will be made only after the cheque has been cleared. Cheques are to be made payable to "Ola Lola". Thereafter, we will send out your order within 3 working days. 1-2, if we like you.
